We had previously retired Drambuie and only took her out today just for fun, however, she was extremely upset all morning and quite simply did not want to be there. She hated it. So on this note, Drambuie is now fully retired from the show bench because it is not fair to her to continue showing her when she clearly no longer enjoys her days out. It is not worth the upset to our darling girl. She will stay at home from now on and continue to be a mummy to yet more stunning Schimmel babies.

"Black Tortie. Medium length head, well balanced wedge, large well set ears, olive green eyes of oriental shape & a little deep set, straight profile, firm chin. Short fine coate, black with rich & pale red well mingled throughout, a bright pattern. Body long, firm & muscular. Long slim legs, oval paws, long tapering tail, elegant female. Excellent condition, very active, wriggles a bit, but has a gentle temperament."

"Neat mature lady of very good type. Stylish little head, well balanced with good top line and large fairly wide based ears set to follow. Oriental eye shape, set and expression, colour pale green. Almost straight profile, excellent deep chin, level bite, muzzle rather pinched and could be finer. Long elegant and firm toned body, long slender limbs and neat paws, tail rather short. Black tortie coat well mingled overall in pal and mid red, of good length and texture and sound to roots. Good tempered but very wriggly and preferred the security of her pen. Excellently presented."

"Well grown mature girl with lovely large wide based well set ears. Expressive oriental shape and set to her eyes which were a lovely green colour with a good straight nose in profile and nice balanced wedge. Good muzzle lines, a nice firm chin and a good level bite. Long elegant tubular body with graceful neck and tall standing dainty limbs. Lovely short fine close-lying coat with showed an attractive tortie pattern of black and shades of pale red. Good length tapering tail and very sweet temperament."

Judge - Mrs Di Brown: "Neat little queen, a bit on the dainty side for age. Balanced medium wedge with very good top of head & large flared ears very well set. Oriental eye shape & set with mid green colour. Almost straight profile, good chin & level bite. Long dainty body, long slender limbs & spoon paws, tapered tail almost balances. Very well mingled tortie coat showing mainly mid & pale red breaks, but some rich red showing on the ears & picking out the ghost hind leg bracelets. Good length & texture to coat & sound to roots. Sweet nature & excellently presented."

Judge - Charis White: "Only just over eleven months and she is well balanced with good muscular body and firm tone, standing on long slim legs and oval paws. Medium wedge held on slender neck with lovely, large, well set ears. Oriental shaped eyes slant towards her nose and have good width between; the colour was difficult to assess - the location and lighting on the balcony did not help in this respect - but they looked to have a green tone. Fairly straight profile, acceptable bite and firm chin. Short fine glossy coat, close lying to her body, with the sound black well mingled with slightly cool reds. Long fine tapered tail balances to her body."
