Without a doubt Tia Maria is my special baby girl and always will be. What we like about Tia Maria is the Angisan line behind her on the dam's side as Angisan cats have lovely temperaments and their tabbies are striking.

Tia is one of the most beautiful cats I have ever seen and everyone who has met her says the same thing. She is an absolutely brilliant mum and her babies have temperaments that are second to none. Tia herself, has a lovely nature but is a real "mummy's girl", in other words, I am her favourite person and she will rarely ever go to anyone else. You will often see her just sitting very elegantly, patiently watching all that goes on and we think that Tia believes she has descended from the ancient cats of Egypt as she certainly treats everyone in our household as if we were her slaves.

Her most common past time is finding a high position in the house and just sitting there expecting us all to gaze adoringly at her. She has a purr that sounds like a Ferarri engine and goes non stop. Even when she is at the vets, regardless of what is being done to her, she will simply just purr. Her only fault is that when she is calling, she tends to spray..........all over hubby's worktop!
