"Well we have survived so far!!!

To say my little angel has made herself at home is an understatement!!! Last night was interesting to stay the least, we had a few crying sessions, but she snuggled right up into my neck and shoulder to sleep which was soooo sweet. The one down side...boy does she fidgit!!!!
This morning, she was determined that she was NOT going to be shut in the bedroom, so I thought ok, lets see what happens....She adores Guinness and within minutes was curled up with him sleeping.....He is so gentle with her even when she is nipping at his heels while chasing him up the stairs....Its like she has always been here.Ozzie isnt too sure what to make of her as yet, so they will not be left unsupervised for some time to come..
At every opportunity, ie if I sit down long enough, she curls up on my shoulder and under my chin, rubbing all round me before settling down. She even tried to help with all my paperwork this morning,it was so funny, think she need to practise her maths a bit though.

I have never had such an affectionate kitten, she really is a credit to you Kat.I will never be able to thank you enough, she really is my Dawn of Happiness:-)

Feeding and litter tray are no problem at all, but We did laugh this morning when we found Teddy IN the litter tray!!! Maybe she was showing him what to do...lol.Would love to have seen her dragging him there as he is bigger than she is bless her!!!!He takes a regular beating from here too, poor teddy.

Just wanted to give you a quick update to reassure you that there is absolutely nothing for you to worry about :-) One big happy family here. Take care, have a lovely weekend, and will be in touch soon,"

"As you know we arrived home safely and Sukhi soon made herself quite at home, immediately tucking into some chicken and natures menu, had a quick cuddle and found herself somewhere to snuggle.I have to say I was quite surprised as she had NO intention of hiding herself away.... yes, bed is on top of the linen basket.
Ozzie and Guinness said a quick hello, and even though they hissed a little, she just sat there as if to say "what you lookin' at!!!" turned round and went back to sleep...
I dont know if this is a record for one of your children settling in...

I know I thanked you on the phone, but I really cannot thankyou enough for allowing me to share my life with one of your very special children. I can promise you, she will be absolutely treasured!!!"

"Just a very quick update for you, cannot believe Sukhi has been with us for a whole week now, she gets so much fun out of tormenting her big brothers its unbelievable, and very funny to watch. She has really found her feet and is getting naughtier by the day, this morning she decided it would be fun to have a swing on the curtains and pinch my cheese sandwich when my back was turned. All in all, life with her in it is much better and far from dull:-). She decided she wanted to sleep with the boys last night which was great as it now means I can reclaim my bedroom...as much as I love snuggling with her, I dont much like sharing the bedroom with her litter tray.... We went for registration and a quick check at the vets Weds, and all was fine:-)but them we knew it would be."

"Just a quick update…..I cannot believe Sukhi Has been here for 3 weeks now.Time flies when you are having fun…;-) She is collecting quite a range of names from “little monster” to “ angel girl” depending on her mood.

To say she is firmly in charge of us all (fur kids and human) is an understatement. Poor Guinness and Ozzie!!! they only get peace and quiet when she is asleep, or I am throwing her toy fish for her to play fetch with…a game she never seems to tire from…bless!!! She is a huge hit with the children I teach and she loves all the extra cuddles. She met my mother on Monday and had her totally under her spell within 10 mins !!! Sukhi knows exactly what she wants and just how to get it.!!!! For every ounce of love you give her, she returns it tenfold. I have never known such a loving adorable kitten. Her and I are pretty inseparable, Chores are taking second place most of the time as I love it when she snuggles up for a snooze. She even sits on my knee when I am teaching, just to make sure I am doing it properly…. even trying to show me how she could play yesterday by jumping up on to the piano keys…Don’t think she was too impressed by her efforts as she rapidly jumped down and went to hide…much to the hilarity of the little boy I was teaching…..Even though the sun hasn’t been shining outside, it shines every day in the house with this special little girl!!! Thankyou Kat!!"

"Ok, now for a quick update on Sukhi....what is there to say...I just could not imagine life without her...although a total little horror most of the time, she is the most adorable little girl in the world.During waking hours she is always looking forward to mischief be it pinching things and hiding them behind the sofa, jumping all over her big brothers, drinking from the indoor water feature and just creating havoc wherever she is.And do you know, I wouldn't want it any other way.We are still totally inseparable and I love the way she chatters away with me and gets cross with me if I dont "get" what she is trying to tell me...I'm learning though. We did have an interesting few days a couple of weeks ago when she lost her fav toy fish, it took me 3 days to find it, fish goes everywhere with her including the litter tray and in her dinner!!!(not such a good idea). She had put it right under the freezer...go figure!!! maybe she fancied frozen fish!

She has decided to try and expand her diet which wasnt such a good idea and has developed a liking for daddy long legs like the boys, but her little tummy doesnt agree, so we had 24 hours this week where she wasnt allowed anything to eat to allow things to settle down...boy did she have the hump with me and took great delight screaming at me at every opportunity!!!I did sit her down and try to explain, but I just got one of her "evil" looks and she walked away in a total sulk!!!I must try and get some updated pics for you..but when awake, she is usually charging about the place like a thing possessed and if not curled up asleep, so that wouldnt be very interesting for you! She has grown a bit but is such a petite innocent looking little girl..oh can't looks be deceiving!!!!

She had taken a real liking to my new partner and is a real flirt with him which he finds totally endearing, but who wouldn't...she has the world at her beck and call the moment she looks at them with her big blue eyes..."
