"Well, we've been back a little while. Mimi was an angel in the car coming back - a little wary for a while, and a few meows, but she was really very relaxed considering and even dozed! She had a cuddle with us on the settee when we got in until climbing down and deciding that behind the TV seems a good place to judge her new home from. She's there now and I will leave her to come out in her own time. Dots has found her hiding place and occasionally goes to the TV, pokes her head behind and hisses, but then disappears again to do her own thing, so no major fight has broken out. I'll let you know how the evening progresses, but she really is such a gorgeous girl. Andy actually didn't realise what he said on the way home when he commented that she was asleep and said "she really doesn't seem bothered" !!!"

"Well, we're doing OK. She still keeps hiding but is also trying to follow all the other cats around to make friends and sadly they are all hissing at her still, which she really doesn't understand. But she is a real cuddly thing! She is sat on my lap at the moment purring her head off and insisting that my fingers need a damn good lick and nibble. OW! Oh, and last night she wouldn't stay on my lap but kept creeping off to Andy !! He thinks she is fabulous and, of course, was chuffed that she preferred his lap. Pee'd in her bed last night though the madam ! She is totally adorable - really something special. Photos will follow as soon as I can actually get her off my lap! It's like having a baby again, I'm trying to do everything with one hand because I'm carrying her around!"
