Kitten diaries..........................where to begin? Okay, yes I am extremely far behind and am missing more entries than I'm putting online lately. It is just manic here. As you are aware we have recently had a new litter born into the home. They are a week old today and I have been doing 2 hourly feeding of the smallest baby for the past 5 days or so. As you can imagine, it is exhausting. We also have Thames, the Nuts, and the Detectives all leaving us starting from this Sunday. This means that I am totally surrounded in paperwork, amongst other things, trying to prepare for our babies who are going. There are other things as well all of which are taking up a tremendous amount of my time at the moment. As for photos, well, I did take some today, but they are awful :( Our Chefs and Ray J's are just so darn fast that I struggle to take a decent photo of them unless they are sound asleep so today's images are actually the best of what was a particularly bad set of photos.

Our Chefs are doing just fine and they are alternating between spending their time downstairs and upstairs although predominantly the upstairs is their chosen "playing" area. I am happy with how well they are doing at this stage of their lives, although they can be little terrors and they certainly like to create havoc when they are running around and playing. They also have the extremely bad habit of sleeping just outside our bedroom door so each time I go in and out, I am forever having to step over them, as well as try and avoid closing their tails/paws in the door.

Photos were a nightmare today because as you can tell by what is below, there are no photos of our Black children or of Jamie. Every single photo I took of Jamie, Gordon, Antony, and Heston were horrendous because they either moved at the time, or ended up looking like black blobs. I did give up in the end <sigh>.

Today, James had a visit from his lovely new mum and dad, Kate and Chas. It was wonderful to see them again, they are lovely people and I know James will be adored by his new family. Fortunately the babies were awake and more than happy to play so it was nice for Kate and Chas to see James doing something other than sleep :)
